11 March Meeting - Dr David Pearson
« on: March 04, 2016, 09:26:51 AM »
Hi, all.

Just a reminder about this month's meeting.  First, take note it's on NEXT Friday, the 11th, and not tonight.

Second, our guest speaker is Dr David Pearson, Principal Research Scientist with DPaW.  David has great experience in researching numerous species, including reptiles such as the South-West Carpet Python, the Woma, the Pilbara Olive Python and the Lancelin Island Skink.  In particular, David will be focusing the presentation on his work surveying reptile populations on islands off the Kimberley coast. It promises to be an interesting evening.
Members can read more about David in our newsletter, which is about to be sent out (keep an eye out for it - a great read).

See you all at the Herdsman Centre next Friday - 7pm start, non-members welcome.

Simon
