It's been a while
« on: October 04, 2013, 09:23:37 AM »
Yo

Haven't stuck any pics up for a while, here's a few. There's no real order to these, some are from years ago that I have only just processed and others are from this year. Apologies if I've posted any before, cant really remember what's gone where.

Might as well start with this beast. A mad trip out to the Great Victoria Desert with Steve turned up the largest recorded Western Desert Taipan so far at almost 1.8m.

Amazing photos as always Jordan. The painted firetail is one that I'm yet to tick off my ornithology books, glad you snuck that pic in.

Beautiful photos, nice work!
Tip of the trade... make sure that your partner is just as addicted to reptiles as you are! Then the only argument you have is "OK, but where will we put them?"

Not just the photography, but also finding the animals. Judging by the pics he has shared on the forum, there aren't too many people around who have found and photographed as much as Uro. Though Busho seems to have multiples of everything lol. Facebook nearly melted when he joined!

Awesome post mate.
I was actually just talking about the GVD trip and the Taipan today, mind you I probably still babble some poor persons ear off about it on a weekly basis.

Cheers all. Good ol Busho, I'm sure he'd put his success down to smoking, warm bush chook cans and fast women haha  ;D
